People Management Responsibilities: 

Organizing the objectives and/or key performance indicators for the employees of the Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Department, ensuring the effectiveness of their performance, ensuring the highest levels of employee involvement and developing their capabilities by managing daily activities, providing the Human Resources and Administrative Affairs team on a continuous basis with information and observations related to their work, and providing the necessary training opportunities for them. .

Human Resource Management: 

  • Supervising recruitment procedures, focusing on attracting talent, and reviewing final nominations for resumes, in order to ensure that the best talents are attracted in order to meet the workforce needs of the Dubai Government Media Office departments.
  • Supervising the coordination of job interviews.
  • Supervising the completion of employee training and other activities related to them.

Develop and calibrate human resources and administrative affairs:

  • Managing the process of preparing and reviewing human resources and administrative affairs policies and procedures, in addition to preparing budgets for the human resources and administrative affairs department.
  • Support the development of human resource and administrative systems and processes such as payment systems (including work/service evaluation), employee development systems, workforce planning processes, employee evaluation processes, job evaluation process, and others.

Administrative control: 

  • Supervising the preparation of administrative affairs documents and their exchange with government institutions to address issues related to pensions and consular services.
  • Supervising the provision of services designed according to the needs of the beneficiaries of those services, including professional and administrative services, reception and transportation services for the persons concerned, the Dubai Government Media Office, employees and others.
