Job Details

Job Title: Accounts & Finance Manager

Work Location: Abu Dhabi

Salary: AED 15,000 to AED 20,000

Working hours: 9 hrs.

Week Off: 2 days

Job Responsibilities

To oversee the organization’s financial portfolio, investments, reporting, client relationships, and Finance & Accounting department.

Strategic planning and implementation for the accounting and finance department strategies and goals.

Prepare Financial reports

Oversees all aspects of the Finance & Accounting department optimizing performance and anticipated company growth -Credit and Cash management

Lead and manage the accounting and Finance team, and delegate works.

Prepare & post journal entries according to legal requirements and organizational accounting/financial guidelines

Manage invoices and receivables -Reconcile bank accounts -Update payable accounts & reconciliations -WPS preparation

Payroll and VAT filing and manage the bank facilities and credit negotiations

Oversee the company’s cash flow with multiple currencies

Treasury and Fund management

Budgeting plan and preparation -Comprehensive understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor of Accounting or Finance – CFA, CMA qualifications or equivalent

20+ years of finance and accounting experience

Experience & knowledge of relevant financial and accounting software programs like ‘Quickbooks’

Managerial skills

Arabic Speaking is an advantage

Strategic planning experience and view to enable to achieve company targets and goals

Strong finance and account knowledge and abilities to implement the strategies that required to achieve goals.

Strong leadership and the ability to navigate problems

Systematic thinker, proactive, forward looking

Ability to effectively delegate and prioritize
