Retail Learning Manager In partnership with Store Management, define the learning calendar for your stores best addressing the needs of the business and key priorities.
Ensure timely coordination of training programs and active communication to relevant teams.

Accompany retail managers:

Lead by example: demonstrate best-in-class floor management, client experience, coaching of CAs.
Coach retail managers on effective shop floor management skills.
Drive the feedback & coaching ethos to develop & motivate their teams.
Responsible for multiple stores, partner with retail management to drive change:

Service Excellence:

Lead store based workshops & leverage retail expertise to improve the service excellence through enhanced shop floor management organization & operational competence.
Accelerate the adoption of LV digital tools and foster an omni channel mindset and ensure a seamless client experience in-store & on-line.
Brand Experience:

Identify opportunities to take the team to a higher level as ambassadors of our brand exploring High End and Fashion. Define with management a plan o bring them to the next level.
Lead transversal product & services workshops (DTP), product essentials training & develop the selling & wardrobing skills of client advisors.
Actively monitor key performance indicators to monitor performance improvement.

Facilities & Maintenance Manager Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline (Electrical or Mechanical) or architecture preferred.
At least 5-7 years as a Maintenance Engineer/Maintenance Manager (or similar) in similar environment.Solid Store Planning and Facility Experience.

Mandatory knowledge of basic AutoCAD.

Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, excel, etc.).
Fluent in English and Arabic

Warehouse Team Manager Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management. (Infolog is a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software WMS.
Problem-solving skills.- Fluency in English is mandatory.
Logistics Executive +3 years of relevant experience in the role
Academic qualification in Logistics/Supply Chain Management preferred
Knowledge in Logistic, customs aspects
Knowledge of Perfume specificities and CITES
Experience within the luxury industry
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Repair Specialist

Managing local repairs’ responsibilities

  • Repair leather good items, watches, accessories, fashion jewelries etc.
  • Apply hot stamping
  • Maintain repair tracking system
  • Maintain KPIs


  • Maintain accurate inventory of spare parts, physical and on the system
  • Order spare parts when necessary and secure proper level of stock
