About the job Principal Affairs Manager
Our client is a well knows trading company in Dubai that deals with Personal Care & Hygiene Products. They are looking for a seasoned Brand Development / Marketing Operations specialist. You would contribute to the Brand Development, Brand Awareness, Marketing operations, Budgeting, Sales Forecasting, and plans along with retail Go-to-market strategies
Responsibilities:
Main Point of Contact between company and Agencies/Principals to build Strong Supplier-Distributor Relationship.
Develop Business Plans by Participation and Negotiation with Principal Partners/Agencies.
Provide best service to Business Partners/Agencies in all business
Communicating and execution of Annual Budgeted Plan by continuous follow up and coordination with Sales team, Supply Chain Unit, Finance and Regulatory Team.
Prepare optimized Annual & Monthly Rolling Forecast with Business Principals/Agencies along with Supply Chain Unit, Sales Team to keep inventory Level as per contractual terms and avoid out of stock situation.
Liaise, communicate and assign responsibilities to Sales Team to drive sales performance by performing planned promotional & merchandising activities.
Follow-up on Principal/Agencies Receivables like Debit Notes, Expiry Compensation, Customer Credit Notes etc. Manage and Monitor all Cost related to A&P Activities.
Coordinate with the Regulatory Affairs Team to ensure the speedy registration process.
Requirements:
Preferred performance oriented professional with relevant experience in areas of Sales, Marketing, merchandise planning, product strategy and strategic management.
Innovative task manager with build Strong Supplier-Distributor Relationship.
Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field.
Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proficient in MS Office

They are looking for a skillful and experienced full-stack developer to design, build and maintain software to improve the availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of their software solutions and ensure they’re aligned with the business goals.
You are also responsible to Inspire other talented engineers in an agile development environment to innovate, implement, and deploy complex software solutions in a commercial, mission-critical environment.
The ideal candidate should have solid experience with the latest software engineering practices, full-stack development and agile management practices. You will communicate with the leadership team and clients POC to express new ideas and suggest solutions, maintaining the budget and our company culture.

The goal is to manage and maintain the companys software solutions, integrations and information systems to ensure 24×7 availability, reliability and high performance for a seamless and productive working environment.
Required Education, Qualification and Experience –
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a relevant field.
- 5 years or more experience in the relevant field.
- Angular, Bootstrap, HTML5, iFrames.
- .Net Core, MVC, C#.
- Apigee API GW on Google Cloud, Firebase.
- Nginx, Apache, MS IIS.
- Log management and analytics.
- Kubernetes, Docker, Virtualization.
- Google Cloud Platform and hybrid environment.
- SQL, PL/SQL, Google Cloud SQL and MS SQL 2019.
- Application analytics like Google Analytics, AppDynamics, etc.
- OWASP top ten.
Preferred Education, Qualification and Experience –
- 7 years or more experience in the relevant field.
- Experience in UAE and within a startup.
- React and React Native, Flutter.
- Java, PHP, Zend.
- Azure, AWS API GW, WSO2, Mulesoft etc.
- WordPress, Shopify or MS Sharepoint.
- Genesys or CISCO UCM or Avaya UCaaS or alike.
- MS Azure, Windows Server DC, VMWare, Windows AD.
- Exposure to any information security compliance regime like ISO27001, SOC2, PCI DSS etc.
