About the role

We’re looking for a self-driven and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you will be responsible to help us source, identify, screen and hire individuals for various roles at The Luxury Closet. If you are passionate about finding and placing talent and you know how to reach and engage candidates on a human level then this job is for you!

Responsibilities

  • Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions and build a pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Manage recruitment and selection process for functional/operational roles. (Conduct screening calls, schedule interviews, collect feedback..etc.)
  • Help build Recruitment Assessment Centers for all teams across The Luxury Closet.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify and confirm on hiring needs.
  • Design job descriptions in collaboration with the hiring manager.
  • Ensure staffing requests are in line with the approved Headcount Budget.
  • Create offer letters for selected candidates.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of proven work experience as a recruiter/talent acquisition specialist.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants.
  • Previous experience in creating assessment centers is a plus.
  • Tech recruitment background is a huge plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

About the role

The role involves handling warehouse operations in our Warehouse at AlQuoz. The Warehouse Assistant manager will be in charge of monitoring fulfillment of customer orders ,inventory management, monitoring customs related activities and maintaining accurate records in line with requirements of authorities.

Responsibilities:

Warehouse Management:

  • Monitor warehouse inwards and outwards.
  • Ensure sufficient skilled manpower and system in the warehouse and monitor their efficiency to ensure demands are met in full and on time.
  • Ensure all inwards are completed on time.
  • Ensure deliveries in Warehouse are completed on time.
  • Ensure that returns accounting is completed as per norms.

Customs:

  • Ensure all customs documentation and declarations are maintained properly.
  • Monitor submission and reconciliation of stocks with our system vs customs system.

Warehousing Budget:

  • Ensure that warehouse expenses are in line with budget.

Delivery to customers on time:

  • Ensure that customer orders are processed within agreed timelines and ensure that a high service level is always maintained across.

Inventory Management:

  • Match physical stock with book stock which are stored in for efficient operations.
  • Improve visibility of stocks for easy liquidation.

Cost Management:

  • Ensure shipping costs are monitored always and implement efficient packing of items.

Requirements

  • Must have Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Imports/Exports/warehousing.
  • Must have e-commerce experience.
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel.
  • Must have analytical background and a good understanding of numbers.
  • Must have a clear understanding of imports/exports operations, documentation, warehousing and handling customs.
  • Must have a minimum qualification of a Bachelor’s Degree.

About The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated candidate to join the Seller Operations team. This role involves managing and ensuring smooth inflow of items received from sellers. It also includes facilitating price reduction requests with sellers and coordinating with them based on order volumes.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitating price reduction requests.
  • Updating Live Agent tickets and providing information and resolution on the queries via tickets.
  • Monitoring order flow and ensuring procurement of item meets the promised turnaround time.
  • Demonstrating end to end ownership of every seller interaction coupled with proactive problem solving.
  • Interacting with finance team to facilitate seller payments.
  • Ensuring procurement cost is minimal and keeping a track of all such procurements.
  • Assisting the Authentication team with resolving queries and escalations.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of proven work experience in operations/procurement management, preferably with an e-commerce background.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong follow-up, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to successfully interact with sellers.
  • Excellent Time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
